Buildings with parapets fronting public streets, sidewalks, or public pathways regardless of height.

Detached 1- and 2-family homes and certain inaccessible wall conditions may be excluded.

Deadline

Annual Requirement​​​

 

Observations and documentation must be completed  by December 31 each year

​

Records must remain on file for 6 years.
